There is no doubt that today Jobs opportunities are creating for those skillful youngsters who can follows STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) approach. According to world economic forum in upcoming years there will be greater chance of jobs creation in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine learning and Data Science. World economic forum estimate that due to change in world job market there will be good chance of creation of 58 millions jobs opportunities. Almost 75 million current jobs will be end but digital enterprises will create 133 million jobs opportunities. In which most of the jobs are include like; data analyst, scientist, AI and machine learning specialist, software application developer and analyst but there is prediction that in-coming days these jobs will also be known with different names.
According to the educationist and industrialist persons only STEM expertise are not enough and they said it is important for people to talk with others with good manners and how to deal with different challenges before starting their practical life.
According to Shirley Malcom, the Head of Education and Human Resources Programs of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), she said: "we have to teach youngsters that what is STEM and not just stick to them but also they can have a good knowledge about digital organisation and how to become successful in practical life". Moreover she said: "to become successful in Artificial intelligence and digital future we have to teach our workforce so that they can think differently and the solution of problems is that we have to think again from beginning about education. For students 2 years education program is not enough, you have to start quickly and you have to teach and provide them knowledge about different subjects, topics and problems". Further she said: "we have to change our education syllabus because it is not enough to learn about only subjects".
In future the importance of Digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) subjects will be increases and during this happening the main question will be arises that 'how can we interact or work with others?' so, the reason is that in future mostly people do like multitasking. Another question arises that 'how can we interact with machines ?' and answer is that in future machines interaction in human life will be increases and for this, people should know that how to deal with machines to achieves objectives.
Specialists of this fields are said; in past took place low level jobs , but in future this isn't will happen, because Artificial intelligence will replace those jobs in future . Malcom said: "The meaning of use of AI in body scanning that radiologist should have latest expertise", because due to this method and the way of extracting information are to be different. So, for this everyone need to learn new skills to add these needs in future education.
According to Dr. David A. bray who is the IT scholars and writer, he said: "By following Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technology, it is important for people to interact with others because in future people will interact with AI and machine learning as well as Machine Learning (ML) can also interact with people, for this in future there will be much chances of happening those things which we haven't seen yet". He also added to his previous statement that "no one knows that what circumstances will be happen while relying on machines".
In future we can predict that the results of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) based work will be appreciating, but no one can still 100% sure about it. Specialists said" world is not working to find out exact answers to those questions but never leave learning habits.
